Accommodation plans for those who have fully paid for their registration and are assigned to hotel rooms or cabins will be informed no later than February 29th.
The last day for refunds due to cancellations or changes in registration is March 1st. Special exemptions will apply, such as family emergencies and medical reasons.

Pr. Stephen Kuert (Tulsa)
Stephen was born and raised in a missionary family in Nairobi, Kenya. When in the USA on missionary furloughs, Stephen lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he went on to receive his Undergraduate Degree at Oral Roberts University. He obtained both his MA and MDIV and is currently working on his doctorate through Global University. Stephen has traveled to over 30 nations and has lived as a missionary in 4 countries while ministering and teaching in several more. Pr. Josh Mathew (NJ)
Josh is a member of the India Christian Assembly in NJ where he is part of the ministry leadership team involved in preaching and teaching. He makes his home in Bridgewater, NJ with his wife Julie and three children Abigail (17), Sofia (14 ), and Timothy (11). Josh holds a BE in Chemical Engineering, MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences, and an MBA in Corporate Innovation & Leadership. Currently, he is Vice President of Legacy Brands Business Unit at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Princeton, NJ, and an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers Business School.
Pr. Alan George (Oklahoma)
Alan George has been involved in ministry for over 20 years. He found his calling after a life-changing encounter with Jesus. Originally from India and raised in the Middle East, he now resides in the United States with his wife and three children. His journey took a turn when he felt called to ministry while working in the corporate world. Stepping out in faith, he eventually joined Life.Church in 2010. Over the next decade, Alan played a pivotal role in expanding Life.Church's online ministry from a few services to 90+ weekly gatherings across different time zones. His leadership brought together 900+ volunteers from over 55 countries, creating one of the largest online church communities. In 2020, feeling led by God once more, Alan left his role at Life.Church to assist other church leaders by offering guidance in leadership, while prioritizing spiritual formation and discipleship. Alan's passion lies in helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and live the life that God has created them to live. Bro. Samuel Thomas (Dallas)
A Dallas raised, music loving, food connoisseur, who is a passionate disciple of Jesus. Samuel’s vision and mission in life is to see a love for The Word reignited in a generation that has lost its fire, while also bringing that first love to a people who have never heard the good news of The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Samuel is currently in a church planting residency at The Village Church, from which he plans to plant multi-cultural, multi-generational, micro churches in the DFW area.
Pr. Tom Mathew (Oklahoma)
Tom serves as the Executive Pastor and is on the Preaching Team at New Life Bible Church. He has been in full-time pastoral ministry for over thirteen years and resides in Oklahoma City with his wife and three boys. Tom graduated with his MDiv from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and spent over a decade at James River Church as a Campus Pastor and Director of the Stronger Men’s Conference, one of the largest church-led men’s conferences in the country. In addition to building the local church, Tom is passionate about providing support and encouragement to pastors through coaching to help them thrive in ministry.
